Terms and Conditions
By submitting your Entry Form, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

Vehicle Eligibility - All vehicles registering for the CFNATS must be roadworthy and legally registered or permitted.

Registration Papers - Entrants must present current vehicle registration papers at CFNATS Registration. These form part of the entry process.

Illegal Use - Any illegal use of a vehicle will result in cancellation of entry from the CFNATS event without notice or refund.

Responsibility - As the Entrant, you are responsible for all persons nominated under your entry for the duration of the CFNATS.

Behaviour - In cases of inappropriate behaviour, entry may be refused before or during the Event at the discretion of the Organisers.

Liability - You agree to release the CFNATS Organisers, car clubs, sponsors, and Albury City Council from all liability.

Damage - Any damage caused by you, the Entrant, or your passengers will be your financial responsibility.

Agreement - By submitting this Entry Form, you confirm you have read and agree to these Conditions of Entry.

Additional Track Day Conditions (for participating Entrants only)

Vehicles must be roadworthy and self-scrutineered.

It is strongly advised you use high temperature brake fluid and check your brake pads and tyres prior to arriving at the track.

No refunds will be given if a vehicle cannot participate due to failing safety requirements.

Drivers must have a helmet that meets Australian Standards, long-sleeved top, long pants (no rips) and covered shoes.

No drinking alcohol or bringing glass bottles to the track.

A fire extinguisher is not required but, if installed, must be securely mounted.

Entrants are responsible for their own vehicles while on track. Insurance generally does not apply once on track – please confirm with your insurer.

The CFNATS Organisers, Track Day Operator, DECA Centre, Albury City Council, and Sponsors are not responsible for you or your vehicle at the track.

All drivers must apply online for a “Day Licence” from AASA prior to arriving at the track.
